    <content type="html">I am about 2 pounds below my target weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started at 175, &lt;br /&gt;hoping to reach 140.&lt;br /&gt;138 :)&lt;br /&gt;37 pounds gone.&lt;br /&gt;bmi about 20.5&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am eating whatever I like tonight, and more losing can start tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What's your best motivation tip?</content>
